BRAKE LOCATION
1. Locate brake ring bracket over axle tube with caliper mount bolted to it. If you are using the optional brake floater ring
side it over tube and insert tube on axle. This will locate brakes 90 degrees back, when using this bracket your brakes
will be located as pictured in photo 1 or straight forward. Use 3ea  5/16 x 1.0 socket head bolt to hold caliper bracket to
the mount. Mount caliper on bracket and center over rotor and snug bracket down, make sure that it is 90 degree to axle
tube . Also add 1ea bolt to floater bracket and thread it to caliper mount while keeping flat on tube straight up and down.
This will allow you to float or clamp the brake by move 3ea 5/16 x 1.0 long bolts from upper holes to lower holes.
2. Need to add nylon washer between brake ring and tube leave little gap between ring and tube.(.010 to .030)
Slide floater ring up to caliper mount but leave small gap between them so they don't rub each other. Note when
tighting down floater ring be easy on it, you can lock up the whole birdcage by over tighting it. You will want to tack weld
this to the center tube later.
3. Note holes in the brake bracket ring are used for locking to the axle tube. Use 3/8 x 1.0 long cap bolt.
ADD 4 LINK
4. Add  4-link bracket to tube and collar with 6ea 5/16-16 threaded holes. Slide back and forth till you have the 4-link
bars lined up as you like them. Mark tube for location or measure it so it can be welded later, (note if you tack it now be
careful not to melt the nylon liner.) Later weld down flat side of tube.
5. If you put the 4 link bracket between the brake floater and the collar you will be able to remove it later if damaged.
